BASF will increase prices of its polyamide and polyester based product lines in North America effective Feb. 14, 2011 for all shipments.Increases for standard make-to-stock black and uncolored products are outlined below with additional increases necessary for make-to-order and specialty products. Ultramid B, Capron and Nypel (PA6)*: $0.12/lb Ultramid A (PA66): $0.10/lb Ultradur (PBT) and Petra (PET): $0.10/lb *This includes all grades previously known as Capron, Celanese, Latamid, Later, Latiblend, Latilub, Toramid,Kelon, Lastil or Latan.
